Glennon's problem, and Willis's too is
They are pocket passers in a program where the coaches and many of the fans want a mobile, run oriented QB. Further complicating things for them, the coaches haven't recruited personnel for a pass oriented offense. For Glennon, no line or receivers. For Willis, no protection. Nothing wrong with the two, and they definitely shouldn't get booed, but if the coaches want a run oriented offense, then they are better off with Hooker.
