My biggest gripe with him was his stubbornness with Willis. I think he had


Too many assistant coaches who wouldn’t speak truth to power. Good on him for also growing as a coach, allowing reassessments and acknowledging there needed to be changes. Takes a big man to do that on this level. I’m as happy for him and his family as I can be.
