Not even close to the easiest to rank

Most publicity only goes in games to large school who are successful. If you line doesn't block, center bounces it back there, holder can't get the hold right or the field is piece of crap. My oldest son never missed a field goal but got multiple extra point blocked including in the playoffs to end his career. You can't let a 6'7" nose tackle get two steps by the center. It also comes down to coaching philosophies with coaching change my second son played 4 years and attempted less field goals than the oldest did in one year of football, in college he tried NCAA rugby and became a Marine because he found football boring after playing soccer all his life. We had really good four year starter at quarterback (now at TTU) and we went for it anywhere on their side of the field. My second son had one offer from Sewanne, The university of the South but with no engineering and 60,000 per year he too went to TTU and just yesterday decided to give football there a go next year. His series of hash mark kicks capped with a 65 yard field on the local college's field failed to get a response from the coach when he was already accepted there and wanting to walk on.

Sorry for the long response, kickers are heroes or goats depending on the game(that was my talk before they started don't play if you cant handle both) and as parent you are somewhat treated differently by the other parents since most of other guys play together from peewee and you son is a hired gun from the soccer field.
