I got my info from Rivals, ASU’s official site & SportsAZ360. Perkins had 4 P5 offers and committed to ASU his junior year- he would have had more offers if he hadn’t committed so early. So did ASU pull his offer? And did he decide to go to ASU to walk-on instead of going somewhere else where he did have an offer? Was he a Luke Maye type of “walk-on” that didn’t take a scholarship b/c his family has $? Here’s a link about his commitment.
