it would be to play one way defensively for a year(only one year) and then switch? I would imagine the longer you do things one way the more ingrained it becomes but, for a single year have you really set your program back that far? I do not disagree that building blocks that help you win more games long term is important just wondering whether there might be more than one route to get there in roughly the same amount of time.
