Imagine being a recruit and you have the option of going to a California school to profit off your likeness or go to any other school outside of California and not profit. This seems like a knee jerk reaction by NCAA in response to what is happening in California. They’re not accustomed to anyone challenging their authority and they’re trying to prevent California schools from locking up all future national championships from here to eternity.
