Nothing is guaranteed, but I'd bet any amount of money that every P5

in the country can come up with several million per year without missing a beat. They will just need to spend money more wisely.

To show what I'm talking about with regards to booster clubs, I'm attaching a screen grab of Wiscy's finances. Notice the ginormous leap in donations for 2013. That didn't all get raised in a year, and revenues didn't drop $22M from '13 to '14.
