My idea to reward players was simple:

1. Open a pizza place called "Players Pizza"
2. Hire athletes to deliver pizza.
3. Delivery drivers get tips.
4. If a customer wants to give a delivery driver a $1,000 tip, that is between the customer and the delivery driver.
5. If the customer doesn't want the pizza, he can tell the delivery driver to keep it or give it to some fans. Its none of anyone else's business.
