It might be helpful to know why you think Hendon can't make the throws that Willis can make. I saw the kid play at least a dozen high school football games. He didn't run a whole lot, but ran when he needed to. He made every throw imaginable. I cannot imagine a throw that Willis can make that Hendon cannot make. And, I don't think I ever heard that from the VT coaching staff. I think the big issue was game management.
I will also say that Hendon is a smart kid, and one that has the ability to learn and execute a game plan.
