Ivor would probably say if you have kept sugars low


along with your exercise, you should be in good shape.. have to keep A1C below what the diabetic association states.... that number is a part of their new membership drive

inflammation of any sort is kind of a bad (but necessary) thing..nevertheless you want to manage chronic inflammation... i've seen with my kids when they get bad sports injuries they get an overreaction from the body and pain in areas that generally mean the body is attacking itself in order to clean up problems

i used to be an exercise and carb intensive idiot and have some stuff I now have to watch

so diet, sugars, and inflammation are things i try to manage, although I am picking some potentially inflammatory exercise now... gonna get down to my fighting weight by new years... 10 15 lbs no problemo... hopefully
