I think will and Chris nailed it on the podcast. Willis has arm talent and didn’t turn the ball over last year. He had potential and the hope and expectation was that he’d be even better this year. Instead, he took a step backward. The coaches didn’t have a quick hook — they hoped he’d figure it out. He didn’t. Hooker got his chance and has been great.
