Treat them like the paying customers that they are. Many buy student season
tickets and all pay student fees. If we had to stand in ridiculous lines we'd be upset. If the rules for our entry were constantly changing we'd be upset. If we had no close restrooms or concession stands we'd be upset. Reward those that have contributed to the program just like you do regular customers (more events you attend, better seats you get). Don't make them wait to print tickets just prior to game time. Give them time to trade tickets and sit with groups. Treat them like the valued paying customers that they are.
