2. Let them bring signs. :-)
3. Start winning CONSISTENTLY at home, and stomping lesser opponents.
4. Stadium wide WiFi. Yes, they need to be able to post about the experience.

And just be positive with your ideas. Just complaining about them leaving, and saying how you never would doesn't solve the problem.
