Winston is error prone.... embrace it see if he doesn't learn when he is less focused on getting shocked / hot stoved every time he does something wrong

since the D is really struggling... IMHO this is our only option... grow our way out of youth by accepting and learning from mistakes (without getting castrated as punishment)
