I work for someone who calls herself the biggest "extroverted introvert" you'll meet. She's a great leader but she'll tell you she'd rather be sitting reading a book than talking to a group of 200 people. Can Fuente turn himself into that extroverted coach? We don't need a Dabo (although that would be nice) but we need someone who steps up and acts enthusiastic when talking to the players, media, etc.
