I tend to agree, changing coaches can be a black hole. It needs to be a

very measured, analytical approach towards changing coaches, not an emotional one.

I certainly think there are some signs that point towards VT should consider moving on from Fuente at the end of the year, but I really think we need to let the entire year play out. If they finish 3-9, yeah he's probably gone and likely deservedly so. But there is no use firing him now in week 4, let's let this play out.
