It's not just QP, but Hooker was a 4 star recruit and all the talk from the


coaches when he committed was that he would be a game changer. So far, neither of these have developed into what was expected. I don't think it's a lack of work ethic on the players part either. These offenses coaches were labeled as coaches that can find peoples strengths and role with that. They were supposed to find mismatches and take advantage of that. So far, I'm not seeing that and it's not just this year. FU was lucky his first year to have Ford, Phillips and Bucky. Even McMillian went from a 1,000 yard back before Fu, to struggling, and then to finally leave and become a 1,000 yard back in Colorado.
Players just are not being developed right now and we are in year 4. Something has to change quick and I'm not saying it has to be a firing, but we can't keep doing the same thing.
