At least four years is fair, I think?

But I believe demonstration of improved execution and willingness to withstand adversity is something that the fanbase wants to see from this team the rest of this season. The way the team quit after the first quarter Friday night was very disheartening and demonstates cultural and mentality issues with this program. Can this coaching staff motivate and hold things together? I just don't know.

I'm torn on the next steps with Fuente and staff.
I certainly do not want the VT football program to go through what the University of TN program has gone through. Four coaching changes in the last 13 years and they appear to be even worse off. Jeremy Pruitt is just in his 2nd year and they are calling for his head.
