They aren't at all. It's perplexing why you (and others) believe it's such a terrible thing that 3* upperclassman from the past regime decided to transfer instead of backing-up more talented underclassman.

This "mess" will be repaired when our underclassman become upperclassman. We have the youngest team in divion-1 and have not been fully healthy all season.
The future is bright: we have the makings of one of the best offensive lines, maybe the best ever, in school history; our skill players are good; we just need help on the d-line and QB. I have been patient w/ RW (Josh Jackson was not the answer, trust me), but the offensive struggles are a reflection of him regressing, not our coaching staff.

I would love to see your posts about our offense when Jerrod Evans was QB. The only things different: experienced o-line and Evans (I think Hezzy, Tre and Hazelton stack up favorably to Ford, Cam, and Bucky talent-wise). O-line all we can do is wait, but time to make a QB switch, for better or worse. For my money, the kid from Oregon is probably going to start next year.

As far as the rest of the post, you, me (and everyone else) thinks TG should be seriously considered to replace Bud. He will recruit and bring some fire. Shane Beamer, though...no one would think much of him (well enough to take over a p-5 program) if his dad isn't his dad.

Whit Babcock has been at this a long time. You don't waste $15 mil by firing a coach who is 27-17 with the youngest team in division-1.

Just be paitent. We have been spoiled as fanbase. But I am sick of fair weather fans like you.
