It’s been my argument since he was hired. He’ll get kids that have the mentality he wants that can fit into his system. He’ll develop them and get them to play hard and win 8-9 games most years. It was Beamers formula for a long time except we added a few special players along the way to get that extra 2 or 3 wins.
