Without massive changes, he wont sustain that winning percentage and last year will be the norm. At best.

Didn't assume there wouldn't be problems. But I didn't assume that Fuente was this naive or shortsighted either. He will either make the necessary personal and personnel changes or he will be a short chapter in Vt history, IMO. And his $4 only adds to his pressures.
