There were probably three plays Saturday where I saw an ODU play develop and I thought he was in a perfect position to stuff a play in the backfield or minimize a gain and instead he got enveloped by an ODU player. This was the kind of play in the past where I expected Cody Grimm, for example, to either shed the block or avoid it altogether. I'm sure he will continue to get stronger and better read blocks, but I expected him to be a bit better about those things against a team like ODU.
