young players who come in and succeed instantly, they'll need to become Juniors/Seniors to have a high degree of success. I think the biggest problem with this team are the players no longer on it. Too much turnover on the roster (for whatever reason), It takes a while to rebuild, for youth to get experience, to restock the depth of what transferred/drafted away. I still think Tech has a bright future, but not as much in a year with only 5 seniors on the roster.
