Let's be real with ourselves here, they will finish 5th or 6th in the Atlantic. We can try and make ourselves feel better and think it was a toss-up since it was on the road (in a half-empty stadium), but the reality is, that was a game Fuente has to win in Year 4. That being said, we always tended to lose a game we shouldn't have so maybe we are knocking it out early this year.

Good thing is, we have 3 very winnable home games in a row to build confidence going into Miami. The defense will get better, Willis or whoever is at QB will improve, the run game should get better with King getting more touches, the playcalling probably won't get better since Corny is trash but at least we have enough playmakers to put up points anyways. Lost one we shouldn't have, let's steal it back against Miami or ND later in the year. But for now, time to take it to ODU on Saturday.
