Ya, and a guy like Frank only happens once in a lifetime. He had a


difficult time establishing his program due to NCAA sanctions from the Bill Duley era.
Frank was probably given extra time to gain some traction.
Fu did a great job his first year w/Franks guys - since then, not so much.
