Per Fuente, Hooker really improved in the off-season.


If you believe Fu, Willis and Hooker were both in competition to start. If so (big IF), then let Hooker play a quarter against ODU, Rhode Island, etc., if we get a big lead. Hooker adds running ability which is sorely needed. If we stay one dimensional with no running game we’ll see more ints for Willis as teams drop 7 on pass D.
