Who owns the content from the Big East and even Metro days;
the conference, the schools, or a third party (in the case of the Metro)? It is possible the reason the Big Ten did the UMD documentary is because UMD owns the content. However, if the ACC owned it and refused to sell the rights to the Big Ten, then it is possible the Big Ten may not have been able to do it or at the very least would have to acquire the material from other sources.
