They claim it is only offered in the 10 states with ACC schools. Unless you pay for the Regional Sports Networks package. And I couldn't even get the three free months deal as others here have reported. FIOS may be doing the same thing.

Do you think the conference knows or cares how bush league this new “network” is right now?
