I had Cox for phone, cable TV and internet. I wanted to drop phone (we never use)...and drop some cable TV programming, and register my formal complaint about ACCN
So, after being told that my bill would actually increase if i dropped phone...i told them i wanted out entirely and i would call DirecTV. (whom i used to have a few yrs ago)...so...Cox 'discounted' my phone(again, we never use) and dropped the cable TV programming we did not watch...kept sport pack...and i registered the complaint about ACCN...the lady was actually nice. I am now saving about $80/mo...at least for now...and am hoping COX gets ACCN...and i will most likely goto bar for game this weekend....or look into HULU live or whatever...
