The problem with the ability to quit in leave is that team building is
ability surviving gut checks. It doesn't matter the sport. You go out practice, they coach yells at you. "you've got to get that ball", "you have to make that block", "you have to make that tackle"
"do you have it in you?" "yea", "yea?" "do you have it in you?" "yes coach" "really, because I don't see it, you say you want to play, but I see a R#@$ sack of #$%#@. What the @#%$@# are you doing here?"
That is every practice field in America, some with more French then others. In the past, you either suck it up and get better, or you quit. The portal complicates it now. I get the right of players to have options. Sometimes you get pigeon-holed. But in most cases, the tough times are about bringing out more and uniting a team.
