and a welcome one IMO. I've said all along that kids should have more autonomy...now they do. Add in liberal exceptions to the transfer rules and it's a much more player fair system.

Only area I see lacking is healthcare extending after the scholarship term for lingering injuries, or God forbid life threatening injuries that are permanent in nature.
