What do you mean? They are conspiring with Comcast to not carry the ACCN..


So, they don't want Comcast (or other cable co.) to pay them to carry the network? I guess they are culpable, because they expect payment for their product. But, that is the whole point of the network. If you build it, they will pay . . .
