They were looking for a bargain, but it's less of a bargain today.
You still have to pay for content, and the killer deals the streaming services were offering (at a loss) are disappearing. Prices are coming up. Look at YouTube TV. It went from a killer deal to a "so-so" deal.
If Cox drags their feet on the ACCN, I'll probably move to YouTube streaming services.
