when it comes to negotiating the NCAA transfer process? I'm sure there are schools that find a way to get it done because for some the ends justify the means. But my impression is that the destination school can't be advising things like transfer paperwork because until the transfer, they're not a student of the school.

So it falls on the family with the limited interactions allowed Tech to figure it out.

I realize that some schools don't let some stinkin rules get in the way. But I also recognize the can of worms that has been undone that will now have schools interacting with athletes at a different school.
