Again

The portal is nothing. The player had every right to transfer 30 years ago just like he does now. The "portal" is just coming out and announcing to the world "I'm interested in transferring." Quite sure kids could get the message out to all interested parties with today's technology/media just fine. Somebody please correct me if I'm wrong. The only difference is more kids want to transfer now more than ever. And the NCAA is waiving the sit out a year rule much more frequently. Their rulings have been inconsistent and selfserving in my opinion, however.

  Yes, but we didn't fill that form out. -- st_andrew 08/12/2019 12:18PM
  Makes sense -- crazylane 08/12/2019 2:38PM
Again, that's the issue. Why is there more than 1 form? -- Vienna_Hokie 08/12/2019 1:26PM
  That seems a little too far IMO -- Vienna_Hokie 08/12/2019 1:33PM

When combined with the 4 game RS rule, you are spot on -- Vienna_Hokie 08/12/2019 12:02PM
  Weren't they prior to the portal transfers? ** -- likehokies 08/12/2019 11:21AM
