Last Year BC beat VT at VT. BC has RB AJ Dillon is back. I think BC is too one sided & VT will win this one because of the VT offense.

[W 2-0] Week 2 — Sept. 7 vs. Old Dominion (Blacksburg, Va.)
PAYBACK!.

[W 3-0] Week 3 — Sept. 14 vs. Furman (Blacksburg, Va.)
A very weak team!

[W 4-0] Week 5 — Sept. 27 vs. Duke (Blacksburg, Va.)
Duke is at least a year away from being good again..

[W 5-0] Week 6 — Oct. 5 at Miami (Miami Gardens, Fla.)
Toss Up! New Miami head coach Manny Diaz has the linebackers but the D is suspect beyond that. Are either quarterbacks N’Kosi Perry or Tate Martell any good? I think VT's offense will score at will against the un-chained gang.

[W 6-0] Week 7 — Oct. 12 vs. Rhode Island (Blacksburg, Va.)
A very weak team!

[W 7-0] Week 8 — Oct. 19 vs. North Carolina (Blacksburg, Va.)
Mack Brown! I'm sorry to see UNC actually have a good Head FB Coach. I wish this game were earlier in the year. I still think VT's offense & a still weak UNC defense will play out with a VT win.

[L 7-1] Week 10 — Nov. 2 at Notre Dame (Notre Dame, Ind.)
Notre Dame at their home is a tough game for anyone. While I hope VT can win this one, I believe this will be the 1st loss for the Hokies. I do believe it will be close, probably 32-30 type game.

[W 8-1] Week 11 — Nov. 9 vs. Wake Forest (Blacksburg, Va.)
Hopefully, the Demon Deacons who have a balanced offense with QB Sam Hartman & RB Cade Carney will be corralled enough to let a very explosive VT offense lead the way. I like WF's chances, but VT at home should take the Win away from WF!

[W 9-1] Week 12 — Nov. 16 at Georgia Tech (Atlanta)
Georgia Tech isn't built for anything but the Paul Johnson system. I think VT lays the wood on them quick and all day long. GT's line is undersized & a passing game is pretty far fetched right now. A good Coach though I believe in Geoff Collins.

[W 10-] Week 13 — Nov. 23 vs. Pittsburgh (Blacksburg, Va.)
The Pittsburgh Panthers were 2018 Coastal champs. They lost almost all their key players and playing at VT will be troublesome for them. Pitt in 2020 might be more of a challenge.

[W 11-1] Week 14 — Nov. 30 at Virginia (Charlottesville, Va.)
While UVA is due to win one sometime, I don't think it will be in 2019. QB Perkins is good, but UVA's defense is still suspect. I think UVA's 2018 loss was their best chance to win one for a few years.
