He apparently camped for VT up in Maryland and ran fast this weekend.

Perhaps he didn’t do the camp circuit. Maybe he’s grown. I really don’t know. I haven’t looked into it. But guys can change over the course of their HS careers. And sometimes guys like that slip through the cracks. There are examples every single year.

And when I can jump in to provide some level-headedness to a recruiting discussion, I do it every now and then.
