The only "failure" was not getting Blackshear back.... But frankly that wasn't particularly realistic. Yet, it ended up a more difficult decision than it initially looked. I was very critical of the hire to put it mildly. But thus far, he has done very well. Now he needs to go win some games. But he needs the time to do that. The next couple years are going to be tough (and that would have been true no matter who the coach was).
