and parking availability was already there. If you built a new arena off of the 460 bypass the costs of utilities and stormwater control facilities would be significant in themselves. You would have to construct parking lots or other parking facilities, outside lighting, traffic control, pedestrian access, and access to 460 and other streets. I would not be surprised at a $300 million or more cost.
