add a very nice change to the washington street entrance. They could remove the existing entrance and make a multi-story addition and new ticket office there. The upper floors could be opened up to the inside of cassell, just above the back row of seats. They could put fan amenities there, and possibly even add more seating on the sides. They would just have to find a place to put the scoreboards and screens. And if you look at the original construction of the building, those end walls were not completely load-bearing for the arches.

That link did say something about that entrance, but it sounded just like a facelift and updates.... for some reason, it sounds like they cant muck with the square footage... quote: "Update 2-story north portion including the lobby and exterior facade; current program square footage must be maintained."
