Obviously UVa wants Coleman to wait until the spring, but I don't think

he plans on doing that. UVa won't take an official commitment from him until they have a scholarship available and that shouldn't happen (if at all) until the spring.

Coleman seems pretty set on deciding this fall, which means it won't be UVa.
