1. He took a team that was full of FCS talent (with the exclusion of a couple of London's 'big' recruits) and made it a competitive team.

2. He's quirky for sure, but he's created a very particular culture at UVA, he has a clear vision, and he has laid out a plan... the players bought in, and...

3. He has a team, a unit, a group of guys playing together.


I'm not sure he has a higher ceiling than Fuente, but up to this point, and considering the circumstances, he's done better.
