The Red Raiders do not have a dedicated basketball practice facility like the Hahn-Hurst Center at VT They have announced plans to build a $29 million facility (video linked below).

They have about 200,000 living alumni -- slightly smaller than VT. They have an enrollment of about 36,000 -- about 6,000 more than VT.

In other words, they're about the same size as Virginia Tech, play in a weaker conference, and don't even have a dedicated basketball facility. Yet they almost won a national championship.

Doing more with less is difficult in this era -- REALLY difficult in football -- but it can be done.
