Vt is not a Southwest va regional school but a world class university wth most of vre students coming from the dc area Richmond or Hampton roads . The area has different interest and little more diverse in opinion; lifestyle and sport choices ..-and with the record Freshman class and the major growth in the university campus in northern va the change is getting more .vt is going wheee the money is and winning at the university level - athletics need to do the same.
