You’re completely missing the point.
I can claim something happened and to have special knowledge of it...anyone can. How do we know which claims are true and which aren’t in the absence of evidence. I could claim to know that you’re a cheater, hinting that you cheated in school. I don’t need to provide any evidence, just claim special knowledge and others are justified in believing whatever I say about you. You can’t reason in a circle and say that’s wrong because it’s not true. The point is how do we know something is true in the absence of evidence? What prevents people from abusing the “special knowledge “ claim?
