Wiles & Bud do more with less than any other coach. Very few will out coach them in all of college football. Wiles is a good (not great) recruiter also. I struggle to believe we could get a better combination of coach/recruiter at VT. I would look elsewhere to get a better "recruiter"... and help with coaching side.

I would love for VT to get big boys (we have done better on OL so it seems possible) but there are just not a lot of big boys out there and it is decreasing nationwide!

Our defense is a system. We do pretty good working within our system. But I do agree w need more talent on DL!

Like Chris always points out, we need to develop talent especially on the lines (DL/OL).
