Obviously not. You can’t say that VT wins “no matter how good UVA gets.” That would be a silly thing to say. But I don’t expect UVA to be very good — so the answer is both excruciatingly obvious (the answer is “no”) and completely irrelevant (because UVA isn’t going to be good).
