I would point out that you state "Whit, as the AD, can ask, but the conference will always decide for themselves." I contend that Whit should more forcefully ask. I admit I have no knowledge that he has or hasn't. All I do know is: that as a fan it is a real financial burden/hardship to have to fly to three away games every other year and then potentially a 4th game like ND this year.

For such a TIC post, I feel sort of happy that that's the only thing I have been gigged for. I really do feel strongly about fixing that foible (pick your word).
