I don’t believe in the NCAA and rule “enforcers.” I assume that if VT isn’t cheating in some capacity to keep up with everyone who is obviously cheating, we would barely be getting anyone to come to the school. Perhaps this is a pessimistic view, but I find it hard to believe that everyone cheats and VT does not. Perhaps the extent is dramatically different; however, I have to assume that we are doing something....

With that said, your point remains valid. A system that does not punish the big money powers from cheating is a system that VT cannot compete in anyway......
