Getting grad transfers this year does not negatively impact 2020


...since they'll be gone by that time anyway. We have the spots available and we're not just throwing in the towel for this year. FWIW, there was a GT in town for a visit yesterday. The main holdup is not a focus on 2020, it's the lack of OVs available to VT at this time.
